Khalsa Lions Football Club Code of Conduct

Respect and Fair Play: Members of Khalsa Lions Football Club shall treat opponents, teammates, coaches, officials, and spectators with respect, dignity, and fairness both on and off the field. Discrimination, bullying, or any form of unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: All members are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the club, leagues, and governing bodies of football.

Commitment and Attendance: Players are expected to attend all training sessions, matches, and club events unless prior notice is given to the coach or team manager.

Positive Attitude: Players shall maintain a positive attitude, display good sportsmanship, and support their teammates at all times.

Child Safeguarding: Khalsa Lions Football Club is committed to providing a safe environment for all children and young people involved in the club’s activities. Any concerns regarding child welfare should be reported immediately to the designated safeguarding officer.

Fair Play Code: The club upholds the principles of the Fair Play Code, promoting honesty, integrity, and respect for the game of football. Players shall play fairly, abide by the rules, and accept decisions made by officials without dispute.

Teamwork and Cooperation: Members shall work together as a team, showing cooperation, communication, and mutual support to achieve common goals.

Representing the Club: Players are representatives of Khalsa Lions Football Club and shall conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the club both on and off the field.

Responsibility for Equipment and Facilities: Members are responsible for the care and maintenance of club equipment and facilities, ensuring they are treated with respect and used appropriately.

Adherence to Code of Conduct: All players, coaches, officials, and volunteers associated with Khalsa Lions Football Club are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct. Any breaches of conduct may result in disciplinary action as outlined in the club’s constitution.
